Hi, I'm Margaret 

I'm a certified nutrition, lifestyle and stress management coach on a mission to help busy professionals create balanced eating habits and control stress for better physical and mental health and increased energy so you can win at work and thrive in life. 

I know first-hand how an unhealthy relationship with food, stress and lack of self-care can wreak havoc on your health, energy, confidence and ability to thrive in life and work.  

I worked in the corporate world for over 20 years in fast paced and demanding roles where I always put my work ahead of my health and wellbeing - until I just couldn't do it any more.   I was unwell, exhausted, overwhelmed and suffering from ongoing digestive issues. 

 

I realised I needed to take control of my own health. By applying scientifically proven nutritional strategies and working on my mindset and lifestyle, I am finally getting control over my health and enjoying the vibrancy I always dreamed of... and I want to help you do the same.

I provide realistic, enjoyable, and uncomplicated nutrition and lifestyle programmes that are tailored to your unique body and busy lifestyle.

 

There are no food rules here, no calorie counting, no judgements, no quick fixes!  By making incremental, bite sized changes to your daily habits and following some simple principles you can control your weight, energy, mood, sleep, and stress levels.
